All sales are final. Once a treatment or appointment has been completed, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for any reason. If you experience an unexpected reaction or concern following a service, please contact us within 48 hours so our team can assess, support, and provide an appropriate follow-up or solution.

If you notice you are going to be late, please call or text to notify us. If you are 10+ minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your scheduled appointment. In this case, you will need to reschedule your appointment to another date.
late arrivals
No Call/No Show will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. If no show occurs a 2nd time, any future bookings will be politely declined. J Kohl Beauty reserves your appointment time specifically for you.
